Through an in-depth review and submission process, point-of-sale (POS) providers were asked to highlight their product offering to restaurants of all shapes and sizes. In analyzing the submissions, and taking into special consideration which smart terminal providers offered the most comprehensive and versatile solutions, Clover was given this year’s award. The versatility of the Clover POS platform, facilitated by its Clover App Market, was unmatched by other competitors that TSG judged.
Additionally, talech received second place for its continued support and development of innovative technology to support restaurants of all types during these difficult times.
The restaurant and hospitality industries have undergone substantial changes and operational shifts this year. In an effort to maintain the safety of their staff and patrons, many restaurants have pivoted to support delivery, curb-side pickup, online ordering, and other innovative models.
