Online ordering made easy with the Clover and Uber Eats integration

This Clover-Uber Eats integration is our first end-to-end solution for online ordering with delivery in Canada. Not only will this be a time saver for your business, integrating with Uber Eats is straight forward and will help simplify your online ordering processes. Your customer simply places their order on the Uber Eats app, you manage the order within your Clover system, and delivery orders are fulfilled by drivers. Menu items, inventory and real-time reporting are all managed within Clover and automatically synced with Uber Eats!

Getting started:

1. Log in to your Clover Dashboard and navigate to Account & Setup
2. Under Business Operations > click on Online Ordering*
3. Under Uber Eats section > click Get Started
4. If you already have an account with Uber Eats, integrate by clicking Connect; if you’re new to Uber Eats, click Sign Up.
5. Log in to the Uber Eats Merchant Bridge using your Uber Eats credentials, entering Clover as the brand name > Select your store from the Store List and enter your Clover ID in the POS StoreID field to validate access. Your integration is complete, and you will now be able to accept orders through Uber Eats.

Please note once the integration is completed, your Uber Eats menu will be controlled through Clover Inventory and if you have an existing menu on Uber Eats it will be replaced by your Clover menu.

In the Clover Dashboard, you can manage orders with Uber Eats under Online Ordering. Here you can also set up your business information, hours of operation, order printer, and change your settings to accept or pause orders. To set up a Clover device as an order printer, go to Account & Setup > Online Ordering > Settings > and click on Remote Firing Printer.
