Guide: Request a call from a Clover specialist using the “Call me” feature

Ever run into an issue or have a quick question while using your Clover POS device but don’t have the time to call support?  Clover has a unique feature that gives you the ability to request a call from a Clover specialist right from your device.

By pressing the Call me button on any Clover device, you can receive a call from a Clover specialist within minutes.  Use this feature to save you time on the phone – follow our guide to find out how.

Locate the Call me button on the Clover Station and Clover Mini

  1. Navigate to the home screen of your Clover Station or Clover Mini and select the Help button located in the top right corner
  2. On the help page, select Call me
  3. Confirm your name, phone number, language, reason for support, and then press the green Call me button

Locate the Call me button on the Clover Flex

  1. Swipe right on the main screen of your Clover Flex and select the Help button
  2. On the Help page, select Call me
  3. Confirm your name, phone number, language, reason for support, and then press the green Call me button
